What the ST says, goes. This falls just after the Wil Wheaton rule. Obviously, even the ST is beholden to the Wil Wheaton rule, but after that, all decisions are theirs and theirs alone.
This may not always follow the book. It may not always follow the ‘conventions of genre’ that we’re all used to on werewolf bboards. This is not a democracy, and nobody in the game has the right to dictate ‘how it is’ other than the ST.
Most likely, any rules bent or changed will only be to bring them in line with the Wil Wheaton rule and make RP for others.
That said, if there’s in issue of interpretation of genre or nuance or grey area from the book … ST voice wins. And if you need a reference for that – it’s the first rule printed in any White Wolf book.
